Commercial Moving Services
Changing office locations? Just rearranging current offices? Need to schedule the move so your business down time will be minimal? At Premier Moving we offer flexible scheduling for commercial moving services in Macon, and surrounding areas for either complete office relocations or in-house office moves. We will move at night or on the weekends so we do not interrupt your business. Works stations and desks require special attention during a move and our movers are trained and experienced in disassembling various brands of office furniture and equipment for relocation.
Packing Services & Supplies
Premier Moving offers full packing service for 1 office or an entire business. Some items may require special attention when packing. We take the care and safety of your possessions very seriously, fragile items are individually wrapped before being boxed for their protection. If you want to pack your office, we have a full supply of packing materials to include boxes, wrapping paper and tape available at reasonable prices.
Moving Truck Loading and Unloading Services
If you choose to move your office yourself, properly loading the truck can save time and space, but most importantly proper packing can insure the cargo is not damaged during the move. Let our seasoned movers load your rental truck so that space can be maximized and your items will not be damaged during transport. We can also offer unloading service and setup for your new space.
Pickup and Delivery Service
Need a single item that you just purchased or sold picked up and delivered? Do you have a special item such as a piano or gun safe that you need delivered? Premier Moving can provide pickup and delivery service for these types of items.
In-Office Furniture Moving
We can move your office furniture within the existing location if you are having remodeling done. Redoing floors, repainting, rearranging current walls all require furniture to be relocated. We can provide the labor necessary to accomplish this and then put everything back in its place when the work is complete.

Moves within 50 miles in Georgia are considered local and are billed on an hourly basis. Moves outside of 50 miles within Georgia are intrastate moves and are based on weight and distance. The rates for intrastate moves are based on a tariff rate structure provided by the Georgia Department of Public Safety. Interstate moves are priced based on our tariff prices which are available for your review.

Our Expert Services
Premier Moving carries full insurance coverage including cargo insurance, liability insurance and workman’s compensation insurance. We believe in fully protecting our cargo, our equipment and our employees and can provide copies of our coverage’s upon request. Additional cargo insurance may be purchased by the customer based on a valuation of the shipment as mandated by the Georgia Department of Public Safety.
